“Be Your best you”

This was an 8 week challenge of learning, pushing yourself, and rediscovering a new you. There were 3 elements to it and 3 unique classes you could attend weekly for you to gain the most out of it. You had the choice of morning/day or evening (30 minute) classes.

The 3 elements were:
- Mind and soul
- Body and workshops
- Nutrition

You recieved a workbook to work in throughout the 8 weeks. This booklet had self-reflection questions you were guided through, as well as facts, and information.

Included in the challenge:
A mid-way beach party.
A cocktail awards evening at the end where prizes were distributed.
A free PT session at the end of your challenge.
A workbook to guide you through your 8-week journey.
